LCC is led by our Lead Minister waYne waGner. With his heart on his sleeve, you can find waYne most Sunday mornings sharing a relevant message from God’s word. waYne is unapologetic about the gospel and transparent with who he is and where he has been. No one is perfect, and no one should present themselves that way. waYne is famous for teaching by starting with the phrase “Here’s how I messed up…”
waYne began his ministry at LCC on January 1, 2010 and can’t wait to see what God is going to do in his life and in the life of this church. He is husband to Shannon and daddy to Lydia, Silas and Loyal.

Stanley Rusaw (right) heads up our Pastoral Care ministry with his friend and partner Dick Blanchard (left). Stanley has his arm around his lovely wife Sharon, and Dick has his arm around his lovely wife Donna. Stan and Dick handle the lion’s share of our hospital visitation and seek to minister to the needs of this church through prayer. Stan and Dick love people, and they love helping in any way that they can.
